Springs of Hope Creamery is located near Moyie Springs, ID. It is owned and operated by Spring of Hope Ranch, which is a ministry to families and challenged teenage boys. All of the proceeds from the milk sales go to help support the ranch. We use the cows, horses, pigs, and chickens to give the boys chores and to teach them responsibility.

Practices (our standards for raising or making our products)
Our cows are machine milked and the milk is pumped directly into our 200 gallon bulk tank for immediate straining, cooling and storage. The milk is cooled to 39 degrees and maintained until it is bottled. We maintain an extremely clean process, from milking to bottling. Our milk processing and parlor area are kept spotless.
