Gabriel Creek Ranch

About Us
Gabriel Creek Ranch was established in 1988 by Todd and Sarah Mitchell. We started out ranching horses, beef, and sheep; later we sold the beef and replaced them with elk. Now we have a larger variety of animals including horses, elk, rabbits, sheep, goats, and poultry. We breed, train, and sell working Arabians and Appaloosas. Elk and Rabbits are bred and raised for meat; currently we have customers in both Washington and Idaho. Sheep are raised mainly for noxious weed control and some are sold for meat. We have a mixed flock of goats including dairy and meat goats. Milk from our dairy goats is used in the production of soap which is sold at a few local businesses and at craft fairs in the Sandpoint area. Poultry are mainly for egg production.

Bee Kissable & 3B Honey

Chad is a third generation bee keeper and has been working with bees since he was eight years old. We have about 2000 hives in the area. All of our honey is locally produced. Tracy started making Bee Kissable skin care products using bees wax about five years ago, and came up with all of her own recipes.
